You do not need to have a Maintenance & Repair contract with us to use our team of trusted and qualified trades for your urgent or non-urgent repairs, although our 'Base-One M&R Contract' will allow you priority time allocation and fast attendance response over all non-contract works. Holding a contract with us will also allow access to a reduced rate and a fixed rate pricing structure.
MAINTENANCE

Certificates of compliance issued where required.

Our unique Base-One M&R Contract offers an extensive range of services designed to suit your needs.
Some services operate an after hours option.
