REPAIRS
You do not need to have a Maintenance & Repair contract with us to use our team of trusted and qualified trades for your urgent or non-urgent repairs, although our 'Base1 M&R Contract' will allow you priority time allocation and fast attendance response over all non-contract works. Holding a contract with us will also allow access to a reduced rate and a fixed rate pricing structure.
MAINTENANCE
As with the repairs section, you do not need to have a Maintenance & Repair contract with us to use our team of trusted and qualified trades for your general pre-booked maintenance, although our 'Base1 M&R Contract' will allow you access to a reduced rate for your pre-booked maintenance and a fixed rate pricing structure all carried out at a time to suit you and your business. Certificates of compliance issued where required.

Our unique 'Base1 M&R Contract' offers an extensive range of services designed to suit your needs.
Some services operate an after hours option.
Whether it's Heating & Plumbing, Drain Clearing, Electrics, Glazing, Locksmithing, Key Cutting, Boarding and Securing, General Repairs, Decorating, Plastering and Rendering, Carpentry, Flooring or Air Conditioning, we have some of the best in the business working for us and ready to work for you. You can de-register at any time with no penalties providing your account has no outstanding balance.
In brief, our 'Base1 M&R Contract' is a monthly rolling contract which you can cancel at any time*, offering discounted services to holders, extended payment terms, a dedicated 24/7 manned contact and booking facility for contract holders only, priority attendance over non-contract works and a free initial survey of your property** with a view to gaining information to store on your personal profile, making future visits simpler, quicker and lower in cost, especially if specific materials are required for repairs or maintenance and we already have details of whats required on file. This B1 survey is totally free, does not involve any sales tactics and is totally optional. Please contact Steve for more details.

This service is open to everyone, including private clients and businesses, private dwellings, flats, commercial properties, offices and shops.

There is a one time payment of £27.00 plus VAT to register. This covers admin and profile set up initially. There are no other payments to make, no monthly fee, no annual renewal, no hidden costs. You only pay for the work undertaken and that is discounted by at least 10% often more.

Contract work is limited to maintenance and repair works only and does not include general renovations, enhancements and improvements, general building work (unless part of a repair). Conditions do apply, please contact us for full details.

* Base1 can be cancelled at any time provided there are no outstanding invoices or pre booked works planned, there are no open disputes and no materials have been specifically ordered for your property.
** Terms and conditions apply. Free surveys are carried out by one of our team, they are completely free and totally optional, with the intention of noting certain visible materials and installations (such as heating systems, boilers, electrical installations, door and window styles, roof tiles, locations of water isolation points, parking and access restrictions etc) making any out of hours site visits easier to assess and purchase materials for in advance, if necessary.
