FEES AND CHARGES


Initial Consultation up to 2hrs (not including travelling to and from the site, there is no charge for standard travel if within approved zones)

£90 plus VAT

For many homeowners, an initial consultation alone can provide valuable clarity regarding the project, likely costs, potential challenges and the practical steps involved moving forward. 




Initial Consultation additional hours (if available?)

£50 per hour plus VAT

If an initial consultation runs over the two hour allowance, the additional cost of that hour or part of that hour, will be charged accordingly. If there is no availability to extend the two hour period (we have appointments immediately following your own for example), the meeting will unfortunately finish when the two hours has expired.




Office Based Work - Technical Support & Administration

£45 per hour plus VAT




Ongoing Works Not Office Based

£50 per hour plus VAT




Fees are based on consultation time, project involvement and the nature of the services provided. Any significant project related expenses, including travel (where applicable), parking, specialist printing, postage or large pack printing costs will be discussed and agreed in advance where applicable. 

Estimates will be provided for all work. Estimates and invoices will be sent via email.

If parking permits are required when we visit, please ensure one is available for the time allowed.

Invoices must be settled before reports, drawings or documents are released to you.
